This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The left side has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!

Life is like a baseball game, if you are not willing to risk getting hit in the head without a helmet on while your batting, you may as well have stayed home.
Heh no problem. So do you mean actually taking them? or the editing part?
Well taking them I normally use RAW as you don't need a tripod or anything. But the proper way to do it is to take 3 different exposures. (Sorry if you already knew that part)
So then you should end up with atleast 3 exposures of the same image, whether you use RAW and do the exposure yourself using photoshop, or you take the 3 exposures at your desired site.
To edit them I combine them in photoshop (File.. Automate.. Merge to HDR..) And then (this is the important part) to get HDR's actually looking interesting you need to use tone mapping. Photomatix is a popular program to do tonemapping with, however I downloaded a photomatix plugin for photoshop so then I can just use the one program. There aren't many tricks to using Tone Mapping as it entirely depends on what look you are going for. I just fiddle around until it looks good
I hope that helps! Sorry for the long explanation.

It's the part with Photomatix i actually needed. Because when i merged my pictures in PS to HDR, it always looked like crap, no matter what i tried
Now i just need to find the time to try it... that's rather hard lately...
Thanks again
Yeah HDR's are always pretty ordinary before tone mapping, you should be a pro in no time
